Orders

Can we update / cancel our order post confirmation?

 Yes you can. Please reach out to us on info@kairijewelry.com within 7 days of placing your order and we will try our best to update / cancel your order for a refund or store credit. If your order is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. 

How long will my piece take to be delivered?

Our ready to ship jewelry will be processed and shipped within 7 days. For rush orders, at an additional fee, we can work towards getting you your piece- you can contact us directly on info@kairijewelry.com or contact us during working hours Monday to Friday, 11 pm to 5 pm.

Do you do COD?

 Payment for your order will have to be placed beforehand. The jewelry will be produced only after payment has been fully received and confirmed. 

What are your available payment methods?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI payments through our online payment gateway. NEFT / RTGS bank transfers are also possible. 

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Upon payment, you will receive an order confirmation along with tracking updates to see exactly if your piece is in process and when it will be delivered with our shipping partner.

Why are pieces not standardized?

Every pearl is unique in their own way, no two pearls ever look the same, that’s the beauty of KAIRI.  For every piece we sort and assort pearls to closely match our design to the pearl, however, sometimes there might be a slight variation due to the natural beauty of the pearl. Every piece is unique to its wearer and may have slight color and textural variations from one to another.

Is it safe to ship real pearls?

 Yes, it is perfectly safe.

How do I make sure my jewelry lasts?

With every purchase, we provide a little note from us to you on how to maintain and care for your jewelry. Please do store it and go back to it if you ever feel your jewelry needs a quick polish or shine!
