Refund policy
What is the process to return or exchange?
As each item at KAIRI is unique in its own way, and for that reason we do not process refunds, but rather exchanges. Items purchased as ready to ship on our website and shipped within India may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. You may submit your query on info@kairijewelry.com or via whatsapp or calling us during scheduled office hours.
Please note that the item must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached alongside the original sales invoice. Items that show any sign of wear or that have been altered, tampered with, or damaged in any manner will not be accepted for return or refund. We also do not refund on “change of mind” purchases, as only authorized returns will be processed. We also do not accept any exchanges or refunds for items that are on sale or are customized to your liking. Returns that do not meet our policy thoroughly checked by our quality assurance department may not be approved.
Please also note that refunds or exchanges are executed through the original payment mode used during the purchase.
How long will it take to process my return / exchange?
Once we receive your return at our KAIRI headquarters, please allow us approximately 3-4 business days for your return to be examined and processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been approved, processed, and shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, the entire exchange process can take up to 14 business days. Refunds or exchanges are executed through the original payment mode used during the purchase.
What if I need to return a damaged piece?
Unfortunately if you receive a piece that is damaged, please do contact us at info@kairijewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order to make sure you get a refund for your piece or an exchange for your piece.
What if my piece does not fit me?
Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to refund, exchange, or take in for store credit as we do have a size guide listed on our website. In case you are unsure of your size, before purchasing do reach out to the team to help guide you on your sizing and the fit of each piece.
Do you have a return pick up service for items that need to be returned / exchanged?
All return and shipping handling costs shall be payable by the customer, on actuals.
Will GST be levied on refunds?
Applicable GST at the prevailing rate (currently 3%) will be levied on all refunds.
